First Quarter Recap: Exciting Developments at Insects Limited

As we close out the first quarter of the year, we have plenty of exciting updates to share from both inside and outside of Insects Limited. Our commitment to innovation, efficiency, and quality continues to drive us forward, benefiting both our team and our valued customers.
Around the Internal Advancements: Efficiency, Promotions, and Quality Improvements
One of our biggest internal achievements this quarter has been the successful implementation of our new packaging machine. This state-of-the-art equipment enhances our production capabilities by utilizing resealable and recyclable bags, improving sustainability while also optimizing our costs. These efficiencies have allowed us to pass cost savings directly on to our customers, something we are incredibly proud of.
In addition, we are thrilled to announce two key promotions within our operations team. Karla will continue in her role as Production Lead but is now also taking charge of our shipping department, ensuring that our customers receive their orders more smoothly than ever. Jennifer has stepped into the role of Fulfillment Coordinator, where she is spearheading efforts to optimize our purchasing and production forecasting. Her goal is to maintain an impressive fulfillment rate, ensuring that more than 85% of our orders are shipped on the same day. She has also been working closely with James Feston to reorganize our warehouse, implementing new racking, finished goods carts, and processes tailored to our new bagging system.
Quality assurance remains a top priority for us, and we’ve taken a big step forward by expanding our verification process for the chemical products we receive from vendors. This ensures that both our standards and our customers’ expectations are consistently met. Additionally, our COO, Micah Page, has been instrumental in enhancing our processes and fostering a culture of individual accountability, propelling Insects Limited forward in a meaningful way.
External Growth: Expanding Our Reach and Strengthening Customer Relationships
Beyond our internal advancements, we have been making great strides externally. We’ve recently started working with a customer to develop customized products for their subscription pest control box, further broadening our product applications. Our presence on Amazon is also growing, making our innovative solutions more accessible than ever.
Our commitment to science, education, innovation, and quality continues to resonate with new customers. This quarter alone, 39 new companies have chosen to partner with Insects Limited, recognizing the value that sets us apart in the industry. Additionally, we have seen significant growth among our top customers, reinforcing the trust and effectiveness of our solutions.
