Insect Limited’s proprietary Moth Suppression Lures™ attract both male and female moths of multiple species of food moth with a controlled release of both sex pheromone & egg-laying attractant over 2 months.
The Moth Suppression Lures are best paired with the scientifically designed Moth Suppression Trap™. Male and female moths are attracted to the lure and are readily stuck in the glue upon entering the trap. Traps are not included with this product.
How This Product Can Help You
Moth Suppression Lures assist you with the task of monitoring for these pests in your environment. In an Integrated Pest Management program, monitoring can ultimately help you reduce pest numbers. When paired with a trapping system, the lures do this by:
1.) Telling you if the moths are present
2.) Indicating where they are coming from and
3.) Finally telling you whether the control measures (E.g. removal of the infested product, increased sanitation, freezing, etc.) that you have taken are working or not
What to Expect
When you open this box, you will find the 10 Moth Suppression Lures (1 jar of 10 lures/jar) and an Instruction Sheet.
Each jar containing the lures is packaged to keep them fresh until you are ready to place them into a trap. When you are ready to use this product, the lures should be removed from the screw-lid jar using tweezers and placed on their sides into the center of the bottom portion of the glue in each Moth Suppression trap.
Although the pheromone and egg-laying attractant in the lures is non-toxic, avoid direct contact with your skin if possible or simply wash your hands with warm water and soap if contact is made.

Each Moth Suppression Lure box has dimensions of 7 X 7 X 5 in and weighs 1 lb for shipping purposes. Online customers can choose their shipping options at checkout. Orders placed before 3pm EST typically get processed that day. If placed after 3pm EST, your order will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
We currently cannot accept a PO Box as a shipping address. All US orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS. Be sure to include a valid street address as they will not deliver to a PO Box.
All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS. While we don't expect delays, sometimes this can happen when the package goes through customs. If you would like to have your package shipped via UPS, please give us a call at 317-896-9300. Please note, that a brokerage fee will apply, on top of the shipping cost, when the package arrives in Canada.
